Doing The Work is a practice in stillness: getting quiet and finding the answers and the wisdom that exist inside you.
Sometimes that’s hard to do alone. The mind is tricky, bouncing around like a sugar-jacked toddler, and it rarely wants to get still and be seen.
It can help to have someone to hold your hand, metaphorically, through the process.

an extended session where we’ll explore more deeply into whatever is bothering you, over the course of six weekly or semi-weekly sessions
$999 for six 1.5 hour sessions
a deep dive into an issue that has a tight grip on you and your life, in order to dismantle the stories you’ve been telling yourself and find possibilities that you may never have seen before
